Frequently requested phone numbers are listed on the home page and on the back page of each newsletter. All residents, whether home owners or renters, receive a copy of the newsletter. If you did not receive yours, please contact Certified Management.
The design application is available from Certified Management or you are welcome to attend a Design Committee meeting to pick up an application. The application is posted on this web site under Design for downloading.
There is a fee of $10 to cover the cost of copies and filing for each design application.
Anyone who is a property owner in Royal Kunia can attend board meetings.
Each product type (Courtyards, Royal Vista, Country Gardens, Kulana Knolls, Expressions) is governed by a set of covenants or "rules." Each product type has a slightly different set of "rules" than other product types. One set of covenants govern the aspects of the association where all property owners are concerned, such as roads and parking. The other set of covenants cover issues such as walls, paint schemes for your particular product type and landscaping issues.
Board meetings are generally held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The Board meets at the RKCA office, 94-615 Kupuohi St. Suite 203B (Second floor of Times Supermarket).
Currently, Board meetings are not held in the month of December. Annual meetings are usually scheduled in January or February. You may call 688-9001 to confirm date and time. |
