A Message from the President

Aloha Neighbors,

First, I hope you have noticed the progress on the Recreation Center, located adjacent to the park at the mauka corner of Anonui and Anoiki Streets.  Kunia Residential Partners (part of Castle and Cooke) is on track to complete construction and landscaping by the beginning of September.  Once the building is turned over to the community, we will move the office from above Times Supermarket to the Rec Center building.  We hope to make the Rec Center available to you for your special occasions shortly after the office is in place.  The Rec Center will have a large inside meeting/party area that can be divided into two spaces, a full indoor kitchen, and an outside lanai with a covered grill area.  We hope to have a reservation system in place so you can start reserving the Rec Center for your special occasions.

Have you sent your PROXY?

Please mail today.  Proxies are due Monday, March 9, 2009.  If you don't know your unit number, your street address is sufficient. If we don't get the proper number of proxies returned, the Association has to do another mailer which costs us all money.  If we still don't get enough, we may have to cancel the meeting which costs us more money!   Thank you!

Resolution A-001

The board of directors has adopted a new schedule of fines for violations of the association covenants, conditions and restrictions. See the Covenants Page for details.
